Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist with a growing practice in Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense, General Liability Defense, and Construction Defect matters. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Civil Litigation, knowledge of all Georgia and Federal Courts, College Degree and Paralegal Certificate. Required skills include: professional and highly motivated; advanced technology skills including document and case management in a paperless environment; strong writing and communication skills; hands on experience managing the discovery process; ability to manage large document cases; experience in assisting attorneys in trial prep; ability to work in a fast paced environment and excellent interpersonal skills.
