Legal Secretary - Tax, Trusts, and Estates The candidate will provide legal administrative support to two partners (assignment likely to grow over time). Will assist with reviewing daily docket and coordinate with attorneys on upcoming dates and deadlines. Manage files and client contact databases, using strong organizational skills. Prepare documents for mailing, scanning, and faxing. Assist timekeepers with Elite Webview time entries for tracking of attorneys and paralegals billable hours. Work with document management and document assembly programs. Support other secretaries and attorneys as needed. May be requested to perform other duties not mentioned above. High School diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent is needed. Should have 3+ years of legal secretary experience; preferably in Trusts & Estates. Strong organizational skills are needed. Strong customer service focus and skills are needed.
