Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate will research all related trust, will, estate, and civil issues involved in legal cases. Will prepare, edit, and finalize drafts of correspondence, pleadings, law and motion, and discovery. Handle legal filing and calendaring. Work and communicate with clients and opposing attorneys. Manage trial preparation. Must be a California State Bar licensed attorney with 2+ years of heavy litigation experience. Trust and estate litigation experience is a plus. Must be able to use Zoom for video conferencing.
