Will work on cases in a solo capacity, and liaise with clients and witnesses regularly. Should have JD degree. Should have 3+ years of experience. Experience with workers compensation defense and deposition and motion practice is essential. Must be a member of the Oregon State Bar. Also Washington State Bar and California State Bar admissions desired. Some travel required.
