Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist in case planning, development and management; legal research from library sources and/or using Lexis or another computer-assisted research program (s) selected by the Firm; fact gathering and retrieving information; drafting and analyzing legal documents; collecting, compiling, and utilizing technical information to make independent decisions and recommendations to supervising attorneys. May provide computer-assisted litigation support. Should be an experienced and knowledgeable litigation paralegal who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Must be able to perform a broad range of case-related duties under the supervision of an attorney. A certificate of completion from an ABA-approved Paralegal program and 2 plus years of paralegal experience is required.
