Immigration Paralegal or Legal Assistant The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in employment-based and non-immigration petitions. Specifically, experience in EB, F, H-1B, L, O and P visas is highly desirable. Significant family-based experience with a willingness to learn may be considered for the right candidate. Must have excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills and be able to work independently. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
