Legal Secretary - Litigation The candidate' must have experience with all aspects of State and Federal Civil litigation, including court rules, e?filing, trial prep, document management and TOC/TOA creation. Responsible for document preparation of a variety of correspondence, reports, memoranda and legal documents required by the attorneys. Calendar administration and use of Compulaw My View to monitor and manage litigation deadlines. Must be able to handle both litigation and administrative tasks (travel arrangements, preparing monthly expense reports, assisting with time entry). Adept at handling a busy desk and working in a team model.
