Legal Secretary Duties : Will perform legal research, managing trial dockets, interviewing witnesses and clients, answering phone calls, drafting and managing legal correspondence, filing court petitions, attending and summarizing depositions, preparing legal documents for trial, obtaining affidavits, ensuring all case documents are readily available for attorneys, etc. Requirements : The candidate should possess superior communication and writing skills. Have great attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Possess great analytical skills. Have the ability to work independently and with others.
