Associate Attorney / Litigation Candidate will: Work alongside Senior Trial Attorney. Attending depositions and hearings, legal research and writing, and assisting as second chair at trials. Must have: JD Degree and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Must have 1-3 years litigation experience. Trial experience and working knowledge of Rules of Evidence preferred; Experience practicing in Federal Court preferred; Spanish a plus. Must have strong organizational skills.
