Corporate Paralegal - Private Wealth Services The candidate will prepare estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns. Assist in preparing, filing, and organizing legal documents, agreements, inventories, and accountings related to trust and estate administration. Draft estate-related documents, including assignments, receipts, and correspondence. Manage probate estate process and procedures. Should have 5+ years of trust and estate paralegal experience preferred; candidates with an accounting background, specifically in fiduciary, gift, and estate tax return preparation will be given special Consideration. Bachelor's degree and professional, tax, or paralegal certification preferred; related experience in lieu of formal education required. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills required.
