Financial Services Litigation - Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of litigation experience real stand up court experience is necessary. Strong academic and professional credentials are required. Must be licensed and in good standing with the New York and New Jersey State Bar. Experience with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, other federal consumer laws, judicial foreclosure procedures, general business torts and class action litigation is essential.
