Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney The candidate will provide duties include: Manage and advocate a full caseload from assignment through completion. Communicating effectively with team and clients. Effectively manages and Leads own case management team to provide world-class customer service. Meets all expectations and goals as set by the company. Be a staunch protector of our culture and reputation. Attend company and community events as a representative of the firm. Must have 1-3+ years experience. Have prior experience as a California applicant or defense attorney working all facets of a workers' compensation case is a plus, including conducting depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals. Must have California State Bar Membership. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have ability to work collaboratively with team members. Must have well-developed organizational and time management skills. Must have a strong commitment to social justice, equity and mission to be the absolute industry leader in customer service and advocacy. Must have an innovative mindset that values teamwork and collaboration internally. Must have California Drivers' License and transportation. Must have availability and Willingness to travel (occasional overnight) to various boards in Northern and Southern California.
