Associate Attorney The candidate will work for commercial litigation law firm. Should have 3-years of commercial/civil litigation experience to join the team. Must have knowledge of State court litigation filings and service procedures. Should have knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology; knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Essential forms will be helpful; and knowledge of bankruptcy law would be a bonus.
