Part-time Contract Paralegal (Virtual) The candidate will serve in following areas: Civil Litigation; Family Law; Personal Injury; Workers Compensation; Employment Law; Real Estate; Corporate/Business Transactions. Must have Bachelors Degree preferred and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution. Should have 5+ years of litigation experience in any or all of the areas specified above. Home office setup is preferred. Excellent writing skills and ability to cite-check, edit and write variety of legal documents is required. Experience in trial preparation, responding to discovery and other litigation matters is needed. Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations and executive orders in DC, Maryland and Virginia is must.
