Associate Attorney This candidate will review claims files, prepare for and attend court hearings and know how to handle a file from inception through trial. Must have 1 - 3 years of experience in insurance defense. Bodily Injury experience is a big plus. Strong research and writing skills are required. Must be able to take and defend depositions. Trial experience is strongly preferred. Strong motion and hearing experience huge plus. Good standing with the Florida Bar is required.
