Mid-Level Associate or Staff Attorney The candidate will be representing lenders in commercial finance transactions; in particular, secured bank lending from origination through documentation and closing. Will be drafting and negotiating mortgages, leases and other common real estate documents. Title and survey review. Real estate closings. Must have 3+ years of experience representing lenders in commercial lending transactions at a law firm, bank or finance company, and be familiar with real estate-related matters relating to loan transactions. Must be admitted to and members in good standing of the Illinois Bar. Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple transactions. Should have strong interpersonal, analytical and writing skills as well as solid academic credentials.
