Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will Prepare deeds and attendant associates with gifts, transfers to revocable trusts or to distribute a property out of an estate, coordination with coop boards or condo associations as to notice requirements and consents needed and communicating with clients to obtain information needed from clients to complete documentation. College degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred. J.D./paralegal degree is also preferred. Should have 5+ years of experience.
