Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will meet with potential clients; advise clients on the different options available to them through bankruptcy; draft new bankruptcy cases; help manage cases from filing through discharge; attend hearings; request/approve drafts of various objections, pleadings, and motions; stay informed of developments in bankruptcy law; meet with existing clients to prepare for hearings; respond to client questions via phone and email. Must be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia. Should have 2+ years of experience.
