Paralegal - Insurance Defense The candidate will be responsible for a heavy litigation desk supporting multiple attorneys. will focus on managing the litigation process for each of your files, including drafting legal documents such as motions and discovery, working with medical records (summaries and chronologies), scheduling Independent Medical Examinations and expert depositions. Must have 5+ years of experience in a litigation environment, and knowledge of Outlook and Aderant Total Office, or other law practice management software program. Should preferably have prior litigation experience, particularly in auto and personal injury cases and workers compensation.
