Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible to handle litigation. Duties will include conducting discovery, preparing and responding to interrogatories, legal research and writing, depositions, court hearings and trial preparation. Prefer licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky, but if not already licensed in both states, must be eligible to become licensed in both states. Recent law school graduates are welcome. Relevant experience for 1 year is preferred. Bachelor's is desired.
