Family Law Attorney Responsibilities: Prepare for and attend hearings, trial, depositions, mediations, and other events necessary to progress each assigned case Specialize in Family Law cases Attend all pretrial hearings on behalf of clients and advise clients following each hearing about the best strategies. Give clients routine status updates for each assigned case Prepare clients, witnesses, and experts for trial, hearings, and other appointments when needed Provide legal guidance and support. Ideal candidates must be team players, command strong client communication skills, and be able to work in a fast paced high volume environment. Requirements: Must be barred in the state of Florida. 2+ years of family law experience. Knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Family Law Rules of Procedure. Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred. Excellent legal, writing, and analytical skills required.
