Real Estate Paralegal/Title Examiner/Abstractor The candidate will be responsible for title examination, preparation of title commitments and policies, and preparation of settlement statements. Must have great attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and word processing skills. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, productive, and comfortable using technology. Must have excellent abstracting skills. Experience examining title in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia is desired.
