Immigration Attorney Candidate must have 3+ years of experience practicing primarily immigration law. Must have experience with family based petitions, naturalizations, humanitarian cases (U Visa, VAWA, SIJS, affirmative asylum, etc.) and removal proceedings. Employment-based experience is preferred. Experience using INSZoom is preferred. Must have experience managing paralegals and legal assistants, meeting externally and internally imposed deadlines, and maintain regular communication with clients by mail, email, and telephone. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
