Associate Attorney The candidate will work with Partners and Lead Attorneys as well as support staff in handling different cases, including deportation defense, employment-based immigration and family cases. Must possess a JD from an accredited law school (or foreign equivalency), as well as licensure permitting for the practice of law from a state Bar association (NC bar licensure not required). Should desirably be fluent in oral and written Spanish. Must possess excellent writing skills.
