Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will manage assigned cases and docket with minimal supervision. Handle of all litigation-related tasks: investigation, preparation of motions and pleadings, conduct discovery, expert witness development and trial. Work effectively with other firm attorneys and professional staff. Provide timely and professional communications to clients. Must have a Juris Doctor Degree and must have admission to the Ohio State Bar. Admission to additional state bars is preferred. Should preferably have 2+ years of licensed experience. Experience in product liability, personal injury, general civil defense, or commercial litigation defense is preferred. Must have outstanding problem-solving skills; excellent legal writing and oral communication skills; ability to work with minimal direct supervision and provide supervision to assigned staff; and general computer proficiency and keyboarding, strong knowledge of relevant existing and new technology.
