Associate Attorney The candidate will handle the case through filing of a complaint through trial if it did not settle. Must have a J.D. Degree from an ABA approved law school, current license to practice in the State of Arizona and 3+ years of relevant Personal Injury experience. Must possess strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills, excellent writing skills and demonstrated proficiency in the use of case management and other software programs customarily used in a PI Practice. Experience in conducting depositions, mediations and arbitrations is also necessary. Litigation experience preferred.
