Business Bankruptcy Associate Attorney - Part-time The candidate should be Maryland-barred and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland) with 1-3 years of business bankruptcy experience (Chapters 7 and 11). Will be responsible for preparing and filing pleadings, petition preparation and review, attending 341 meetings, confirmation and related hearings. Most courtroom appearances will be in Baltimore City and Greenbelt, although they are virtual at the moment due to COVID-19.
