Paralegal Candidate with an undergraduate degree is required. Paralegal certification preferred. 0-2 years of experience. Must type at 45+ wpm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be an attentive, detail-oriented and self-motivated. Must be familiar with medical terminology. Familiar preparing discovery responses, answering interrogatories and requests to produce. Ability to calendar deadlines for motions, responses and other pleadings. Must be highly organized. Excellent research and writing skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and think creatively. Must have the ability to summarize medical records and be familiar with medical terminology. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently.
