Seeking Personal Injury Paralegal with 3+ years pre-litigation experience in a Plaintiff s Personal Injury pre-litigation setting. Candidate must have: Extensive experience with personal injury case management software. Capable of overseeing 120+ pre-suit personal injury file. Request medical records, insurance limits and ability to compile medical bill summaries. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues Prepare closing documents, including settlement statements/HUDs/CDs Conduct & maintain a positive & enthusiastic interaction with all clients. Spanish language fluency is preferred.
