Associate Attorney The candidate will be assigned litigated cases, which will potentially proceed to trial. Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar with 2+ years of family law litigation experience. Should have experience in handling a high volume of cases and be able to handle all cases from start to finish. Should be familiar with resolving issues involved in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution. Should be a self-starter, with excellent analytical and communication abilities, and a desire to assist clients in their family law case.
