Attorney The candidate will handle own files from inception to resolution, including, but not limited to researching and drafting dispositive motions, arguing motion calendar and special set hearings, taking and defending depositions and negotiating settlements. Must have at least one year of relevant experience in order to be considered for a position in our firm. Experience of 1 year (Preferred). Bar Member (Required). Should have with some litigation experience in the field of First Party Property Law.
