Litigation Attorney The candidate's responsibilities will include, but not limited to: to discovery. Manage caseload of prelitigation files and caseload of litigation files; Perform legal research, draft motions, complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents, as necessary. Attend court hearings as required. Provide excellent service to all clients. Prepare for Second chair trial and prepare litigation cases for trial. Represented clients in personal injury accidents; auto, slip & fall, motorcycle, wrongful death, premises liability and product liability. Bar (Required). Must have 1+ years of litigation experience.
