Litigation Paralegal The candidate will map the case along with the attorneys upon case intake to prepare for litigation. Draft pleadings. Assist in drafting and responding to discovery. Draft and serve subpoenas and objections. Assist in drafting Motions for summary judgment/adjudication (affirmative and oppositions). Assist in preparing for fact and expert depositions. Prepare trial documents and exhibit binders, draft oppositions to MIL's etc.. Assist attorneys/partners during trial. Should have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Should preferably have 3+ years of Litigation experience.
