Information Disclosure Statement (IDS) Paralegal The candidate primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will be tracking references to be submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for patent applications prosecuted by the firm as well as preparing and filing IDSs to submit those references to the USPTO. Candidates for the IDS paralegal position must be self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented. Preferably, candidates for the IDS paralegal position will have a four-year college degree.
