The Consumer Financial Services Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of litigation experience. Strong academic and professional credentials required. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar. Experience with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and/or admission to other bars a plus.
