Patent Attorney The candidate will be responsible for patent prosecution, including the preparation, filing, and prosecution of new patent applications. Will support legal team in the preparation of intellectual property related legal opinions on issues such as freedom to operate, ownership, infringement, and validity. Support patent related due diligence in commercial transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, and licensing. Prepare and participate in patent review panels to ensure IP and business strategy alignment. Should have a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or computer engineering and be licensed to practice before the USPTO. Must have 1+ year of experience in patent prosecution. LL.M. degree is a plus. Should preferably be able to read, write, and speak Chinese.
