Legal Secretary The candidate must have 3+ years of experience and be able to work in a busy, productive office handling large volumes of work. Duties include e-filing, drafting letters, maintaining paper and electronic files, calendaring, communication with the courts, scheduling, travel arrangements, and email management. Some overtime is required (trial time). Should have excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented, have advanced computer skills, possess excellent proofreading and writing skills, work well under pressure and with minimal supervision, and work well in a team environment. Must have a working knowledge of Alabama Court procedures, as well as eService and filing and ready to learn the same for Georgia and North Carolina. Exposure to FileSite is a plus.
