Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for handling personal injury matters after the settlement phase. Must have 3-5+ years experience within the personal injury field and must be familiar with liens, subrogation regulations and trust account disbursement. Must have effectively communicated with medical providers, insurance adjusters and clients (negotiation skills is a plus). Must have keen attention to detail when identifying and satisfying lien/subrogation matters. Must have ability to effectively manage a caseload and prioritize tasks. Must have a true passion for serving injured clients. Must have excellent team-player skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. English/Spanish language is required.
