Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for high volume case load, motion practice, daily court appearances as well as client interaction. Will assist on daily court appearances; negotiation with opposing counsel; client interaction and intake; Legal research and writing; motion practice. Must have 1-3 years of experience. Litigation experience is necessary in either business/corporate; civil rights; employment; divorce/ family law; or another area of practice. Must be admitted to practice in NY. CA and NJ admission is a bonus. Must have 1 year of litigation experience.
