Paralegal - Immigration The candidate will be responsible for: Follow internal intake procedures after a client retains firm. Effectively communicate with clients to collect and assemble documentation. Prepare appropriate immigration applications, including family-based immigration & Appeals for filing with the appropriate government agency. Prepare waivers including unlawful presence, fraud, removal, and criminal waivers. Should have 2+ years of Immigration Law experience. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in MS Office a must. Proficiency in Spanish language required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
