Legal Secretary/Receptionist Candidate's duties will include answering telephones, calendaring, preparing and mailing correspondence, assisting with preparing motions and other pleadings for filing and e-filing, ordering supplies, greeting clients and vendors, interaction with courts and opposing counsel, scheduling meetings, and assisting with new client intake and billing with a variety of practice areas, including federal and state court litigation, real estate, corporate and others. Candidate: Must have significant law firm experience with court filing and service of process procedures in Orange County (5+ years). Paralegal certificate a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook, friendly, self-motivated, professional and approachable.
