Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be expected to obtain medical records and bills from medical providers, confirm balances, prepare demands, prepare settlement breakdowns, prepare draft disclosure statements, prepare draft discovery responses, prepare expert witness packages, and to calendar and monitor Court deadlines. Draft pleadings and motions, and file them with the court. Perform administrative duties (docket & calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files in our system). Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, etc. Scheduling depositions. Filing in court systems. Client communication. The candidate must have 3+ years experience in personal injury litigation. Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices, etc. Should have attention to detail and highly organized. Must be familiar with the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure. Should have excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills. Must work well on a team and be able to coordinate with the pre-litigation team. Bilingual(Spanish/English) is a plus. Paralegal certificate preferred.
