Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the litigation process from initial sign-up through trial. Case management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Client and witness interviews; Drafting Demands; Pre-suit negotiations; Taking and defending depositions; Propounding and responding to written discovery; Court appearances and second chair trial work. Must possess a strong work ethic. Should have experience in all phases of personal injury litigation. Must have excellent research and writing skills, and strong academic credentials. Can be expected to handle depositions, hearings, and trials immediately upon hiring. Should have 3+ years of personal injury experience is preferred, but not required. Must be members of the state bar and able to travel.
