Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will request and review medical records. Deposit scheduling, calendar maintenance. Answer phones and do client contact. Do case management and draft interrogatories and discovery responses. Draft pleadings and do trial preparation. A paralegal certificate or college degree is preferred. Prior personal injury paralegal experience and experience with e-services is strongly preferred.
