Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Duties: Organizing and tracking case files. Preparation and organization of case research, notes and legal documents Drafting answers, responses and objections to all forms of discovery, et al. Monitor discovery, and the incoming and outgoing documents. Set up depositions, inspections, medical examinations and all other forms of investigatory discovery. Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in Personal Injury litigation case work required. Experience in E-File System. Exceptional organizational skills. Exercise good judgment. Punctual and reliable. Must be able to work independently - be a self-starter. Highly organized, attention to detail and motivated. Ability to adapt and work well in high stress situations. Professional in appearance. Able to learn quickly. Needles, Microsoft Office and Outlook. Be able to meet strict deadlines. Prioritize work load.
