Senior Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be processing/Drafting H-1Bs, PERM, I-140s, I-485s TNs, E-3s, and J-1 applications. Will be itilizing web-based immigration case management system and database continuously and accurately. Contributing to the development of firm processes to simplify work, standardize procedures and help the team operate more efficiently and effectively. Conducting Immigration-related research. Participating in projects outside scope of work. Should have 3-5 years of business immigration experience. Experience with a case management system (such as INS Zoom, Tracker, or LawLogix) as well as MS Excel and/or Google Docs. Excellent written and oral communication skill is essential.
