Attorney The candidate's duties will include: Prosecuting and defending all types of civil litigation, including Chancery, Law Division, Arbitration, Small Claims and Administrative Law case. This role will also require advising clients on all issues affecting community associations. Must have least 3 years of litigation experience. Should be highly motivated, inquisitive and a self-starter. Our attorneys pride themselves in collaborating with one another, but ultimately being responsible for the cases assigned to them.
