Business Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be an experienced paralegal to join our Business Litigation Practice Group. Successful candidates will have experience preparing and filing pleadings, drafting client correspondence, performing document review, assisting with discovery, maintaining a calendar of docket events and deadlines, assisting at trial and utilizing presentation technology. Candidates will be expected to manage a diverse caseload, including commercial litigation as well as personal injury, and have flexibility to work overtime when necessary. Superior oral and written communication skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and at least one of the following criteria: (1) 4+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm; (2) Paralegal Certificate; (3) Certified Legal Assistant. - Paralegal .
