Spanish Speaking Immigration Attorney The candidate will make regular court appearances (at Bond, Master, and Individual hearings), detention center visits, drafting of motions, briefs, applications, and other pleadings, attend client and intake meetings, appeals, and legal research. Prepare, file, and manage cases with immigration agencies (i.e. USCIS, NVC, DOS) appearing at adjudication interviews, and conducting initial consultations with potential clients. Must have 3 years of relevant experience. Must be very good communicators, have excellent people, and organizational skills, and be trustworthy. Fluency in the Spanish language.
