Personal Injury Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of litigation experience to join its diverse, modern, enthusiastic and supportive team. Drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Preparing discovery, respond to discovery requests, and prepare discovery meet and confer correspondence. Preparing for and attending hearings and depositions.. Should have License to practice law in California. A juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school is needed. Should have experience representing clients in all stages of pre-trial litigation. Should have experience preparing pleadings/motions and making court appearances. Experience drafting and responding to discovery, including depositions is needed. Must have legal research experience (Westlaw/Lexis).
